Tom I am a HUGE fan! I recently went to Craft in the W hotel in Dallas. The food was FANTASTIC! Unfortunately I didnt have time to finish as I had to run upstars. I was assured by server and Manager that they would have the leftovers delivered to our room. We tipped $50 on $150 tab as we were grateful and couldnt wait to get in later that night to finish and my pooch was waiting for his bone! Never showed. They offered us breakfast which ended up being $150 while we waited for them to figure out what they could do about the steak. That never happened. Whats so dissapointing is I would never go back or refer someone because it was handled so poorly. The thing about Dallas is if you pay for it you are going to get the best service. In economic tough times why run off clients who can afford to pay and pay well? I feel they let you down and just hope you might be interested. Thanks Andrea
